Our Place – Inclusion at New Wine Sligo
Making the Sligo Summer Conference Accessible for All
Our Place is dedicated to supporting individuals with additional needs, ensuring everyone can grow in faith, worship, and community. Our experienced team works with both children and adults, helping them feel included, supported, and comfortable throughout the conference.
Who We Support
We welcome people with a wide range of additional needs, including:
Learning, sensory, or physical disabilities
Autism
Early childhood trauma
Mental health conditions
Other undiagnosed conditions
Our Place Kids
Our inclusion team supports children and youth during the morning and evening sessions. We focus on creating a safe, fun, and welcoming environment. In addition they will also have access to the following:
Morning Seminars (11:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
Dedicated sensory room for a calm and relaxing experience
Music, Biblical storytelling, and engaging activities
Equipped with sensory materials and a quiet space to unwind
Our Place Adults
Adults are supported during the morning seminar sessions, with activities designed to inspire and engage.
Morning Sessions (11:30 AM – 1:00 PM)
Music, Biblical storytelling, arts and crafts, and fun games like bowling
Opportunities to connect with others in a supportive environment
Possible evening celebration party to end a wonderful week!
