Yeats and Clarion Villages
You can book self-catering accommodation through us at Yeats Village and The Village, Clarion Road (3* Self Catering Accommodation).
The Yeats apartments come in a few different shapes and sizes. There are a limited number of houses with a kitchen, living room and ensuite twin room downstairs and four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. They are all located near the entrance to the Village.
There are two bedroom apartments with two bathrooms which are either a single and twin room (all downstairs) or a double and twin room (all upstairs). There are also three bedroom apartments which are all double and two singles and are all ensuite. The apartments all have a living and kitchen area, are well equipped, comfortable, reasonably priced and are within walking distance of the conference venue.
The apartments at The Village, Clarion Road come with two (single and twin rooms) or three bedrooms (double and 2 singles) and a living and kitchen area.
If you book the whole apartment, you can bring extra beds and squeeze in as many people as is comfortable for you. These prices are per unit for 6 nights. If you don’t want to book the whole apartment, we can allocate you to a double or single ensuite room in a shared apartment. You will have your own lockable room with a shared living and kitchen area. As this is shared accommodation we do not allow overfilling of the room or extra beds.
Yeats Village and The Village, Clarion Road are in two different locations outside the conference site. Both villages are roughly the same distance from the conference site and you can easily walk to the main venues from your apartment. We cannot guarantee which village you will be allocated , but will do our best to meet a request. Your village location will be included on your booking confirmation and pre event information a few weeks before the event.
There are some apartments, which are adapted for wheelchair users so please add a note with your booking if you require one of these.
You can secure your accommodation with a £60/€70 deposit.
