Sligo Summer Conference
New Wine Ireland is a movement of local churches working throughout Ireland seeking to impact the community and the island with the love of the Father, the good news of Jesus and the power of the Spirit.
We welcome anyone who shares these values and seek to find ways that we can join together to equip and strengthen local churches in their setting.
One of the key tools in achieving this is the Sligo Summer Conference where churches and Christians can come together for a week to hear God, to worship him, to share with each other, to hear stories that challenge and change and to catch something of God’s heart for Ireland.
SO JOIN US FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE WEEK TO GET INSPIRED, EMPOWERED AND FIRED UP TO CHANGE LIVES, COMMUNITIES AND IRELAND.
About The Conference
Sligo13
Sligo13 runs from Sunday 7th July to Friday 12th 2013 and is held at the Institute of Technology Sligo. The programme includes bible teaching from Archbishop Henry Orombi, a wide range of seminars and practical workshops, times of worship, celebration and ministry. There are also first class programme for all ages from babies and pre school to youth, young adults and for adults with a learning disability.
There is a big emphasis on creating spaces and places for people to gather, share and relax together. You can take the conference at a pace that suits you and get involved in the programmes that work for you.
Time and again we are told of the impact that the summer conference has on a local church when people come with others from their church and leave inspired and equipped to reach out and to bring about change.

After you have decided to come, you need to work out where you are going to stay. You can arrange your own accommodation to suit your budget or level of luxury from camping to hotels, or you can book great self-catering accommodation through us. Download an alternative list here
Every year we take over the Yeats and Clarion Holiday Villages, which have houses and apartments of different shapes and sizes. They are all well equipped, comfortable and reasonably priced and within walking distance of the conference venue.
Life in the villages is lots of fun with different planned and spontaneous sporting activities, BBQS and more in a safe community environment.
If you book the whole house or apartment you will have your own space for your family and friends, so you can bring extra beds and squeeze in as many people as is comfortable for you. These prices are per unit for 6 nights (7/7 to 12/7).
If you don’t want to book the whole apartment, we can allocate you to a double or single room in a shared apartment. As this is shared accommodation we do not allow overfilling of the room or extra beds.
There are some houses and apartments, which are adapted for wheelchair users so please add a note with your booking if you require one of these.
